“Jan worked for me at Cowboy Cafe until I closed it in 2010. She was a wonderful friend as well as employee. She will be greatly missed. Jan was a very special, caring person. She was also a spitfire. If she liked you she would do anything for you on the other hand she wasn't above telling you what she thought either. To her children our thoughts, and prayers are with you.
