He is survived by: his wife Darlene Joy Payn; his children, Joni Hill (Trenton), Tracy Houghton (Sidnie) and Richard Houghton (Sandra); and his siblings, Glen Houghton (Maria) and Caroline Call. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
