He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Potter and Margaret Williams Potter; his siblings, Jay Potter, Mae Bowman and Verla Ostberg; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Bowman and Mary Potter.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Potter; his children, Annette Christiansen (Kelly) of Idaho Falls, Tony Potter (Annette) of Chester, Trent Potter (Eileen) of Duschesne and Dale Potter (Stephanie) of Marysville, Idaho; and his brother Harlo Dick'Potter of Chester. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
