He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlo Dee Blanchard and Donna Rose Williams; his sister Anita; and his grandson Kody Dailami. He is survived by: his wife Shellie Clark; his children, Sayde Ann Dailami (Farshad), Jodi Griffeth, Brittney Oswald (Matt) and Brian R Blanchard (Rachel); and his brothers, Kerry Blanchard (Yvonne), Bruce Blanchard (Teresa) and Todd Blanchard (Carol).
