He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hyrum and Blodwyn Williams Seeley. He is survived by: his brothers, Dwayne Seeley (Marie) of Rexburg and Lloyd Seeley of Chester; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Seeley of Chester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
