It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Ray Blanchard of Chester, Idaho, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Devere and Rebbeca Hanson Blanchard; his siblings, Harold, Norma Powell and Willma Peterson; his wife Naomi Riggs Blanchard; and his children, Susanna and Lorin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
