She was predeceased by: her husband George Smith; her parents, Don and Wilma; her daughters, Sharon and Eileen; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Cooper and Carly.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Smith (Laura) of Challis and Sheila Dodd (Wayne) of May; her grandchildren, Josh Smith (Melody) of Molalla, OR, Nathan Banks (Laura) of Salmon, Zach Smith of Prairie City, OR and Billy Dodd of May; her great grandchildren, Emma, Jaycee and Charlotte; her sisters, Marilyn Thomasson of Nehalem, OR and Donna Lincoln (Roger) of Tillamook, OR; and her brother-in-law Doug Smith (Charol) of John Day, OR. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
