He was predeceased by: his parents, Lauvell Callahan and Bessie Callahan; and his brother Jamie. He is survived by: his wife Susan Afinowich; his children, Bruce, Nathaniel, Ezekiel, Ryan (Shellie), Finleigh, Lucas, Tim (Jen), Lindsey Ciucci (Brandon), Emily, Nora and Sean; his stepdaughter Amber Sapp (Lance); his stepgrandchildren, Lillian and Madison; his stepdaughter Robin Afinowich (David Renshaw); his stepgrandchildren, Gage and Noah Dailey; his siblings, Michael (Shirley), Louise and Doris; his brother-in-law Nick Leonard (Deb); and his brother Charlie Moulton (Rita). He is also survived by friends everywhere, special friend.
