He was predeceased by: his parents, Chuck H Lowman and Fyrne Godwin Lowman; and his former wives, Betty Jo Lowman and Dorothy Maxine Lowman. He is survived by: his children, Melynda Hall (Mitch) of Idaho Falls, ID, Gaye Williams (Bob) of Idaho Falls, ID, Ray "Butch" Lowman (Debbie) of McLeansboro, IL, Lura Baker (JR) of Clayton, ID and Christopher Arrabito (Heidi) of McLeansboro, IL. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
