She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Kelsey and Phoebe Kelsey (Day); and her siblings, Eugene Kelsey and Beverly Boerner. She is survived by: her husband Keith Mumford; her daughters, Cathy Patterson (Les) of La Grande and Anita Vinje (Bob) of Canby, Oregon; her grandchildren, Logan Patterson (Heather) of Sagle, Laura Sharp (Thomas) of Spokane, Jeffrey Vinje of Tigard and Robert Vinje of Kirkland, Washington; her great grandchildren, Ivan, Leisel, Linnea Patterson, Moriah and Jubilee Sharp; her brother Loren Kelsey (Chris); and her sisters-in-law, Linda Kelsey and Karen Lowery (Jim). She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, a niece.
