He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob D. Moorhead and Suedelle Draper Moorhead; and his wife Gwen Byrne. He is survived by: his children, Jenene (Ron King), Lou Anne (Ron Gwartney), John (Glenda Moorhead) and Jim (Katrina Moorhead); and his close friend Evelyn Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
