He is survived by: his former wife Karen Sharrer; his children, Amy Lynn Packard (Chris) and Adam Glenn (Heather Hayes); his wife Kathleen Ayers (Kathy); his grandson Josh Packard (Alysha); his great grandchildren, Eva and Eli; his cousin Emet Hall (Linda); and his niece Abbie Campbell (Michael).
