He is survived by: his mother Nancy Williams of Drewsey, OR; his wife Linda Williams of Nampa, ID; his sister Diane Willson (Aaron); his children, Josh Williams (Lindy) of Crane, OR, Tanya Pozzi (Tom) of Baker City, OR and Sam Williams of New Princeton, OR; his grandchildren, Matea, Riften and Meera; and his nieces and nephews, Shayna, Trevor, Ruthee, Calleb and Wylee.
