He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Byerly and Bernadine Byerly (Dietz); and his son Devron. He is survived by: his wife Diana Forland; his daughter Emily; his daughter-in-law Michele; his grandchildren, Alex and Sophie; and his siblings, Bob, Mary and Alice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
