He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Johnson and Barbara J. Johnson; his sons, Bradley P. Johnson and Todd Allen Johnson; and his sister-in-law Linda K. Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his daughter-in-law Karine Johnson (Bradley) of Caldwell, ID; his children, Scott Johnson (Irene) of Naples, FL and Melissa Burgess (Michael); and his brother Michael R. Johnson of Martinsville, IN. He is also survived by Grandchildren and their spouses and eight (8) Great Grandchildren.
