He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvid Eugene and Vera Margaret Howell; his former wife Cheryl Wilson Howell; his son Troy Howell; and his siblings, Stan, Blair, Delano, Helen, Elaine, Mildred, Orvidean, Eulalia and Clarice.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Christensen Howell; his children, Lorinda Johnson Humphreys (Tony), Darin Howell (Jennifer), Sharena Niblett (Joe), Chene Cram (Gary) and Tonya Stuart (Travis); and his sisters, Jerrie Perry and Diana Winkelkotter. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Caldwell 14th Ward Chapel. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dry Creek Cemetery (9600 W Hill Rd, Boise, ID 83714).
