He was predeceased by: his parents, Othell Leona Fraizer and James Fraizer. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; and his children, Chris Fraizer (Teresa), Cheryl McFarland (Ed), Ken Fraizer (Chrysta) and Bryan Glenn Fraizer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.

I Lieu of flowers he would like donations made in his honor to go to ST. Judes Hospital.
