She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Peter and Berdella Vollmers; her sibling Mark of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; her children, Susan of Caldwell, Idaho and Michael of Norman, Oklahoma; her granddaughters, Ashley (Casey) of Nampa, Idaho and Anwen of Norman, Oklahoma; and her great grandchild Nixon of Nampa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Martha's memory be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) or the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (http://www.bcrf.org), to continue the generosity that was so central to Martha's life.
