He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Shenk and Ada Shenk; and his brothers, John, Art and Bill.
He is survived by: his daughter Dixie Jo; his wife Margie; his daughters, Dixie Armstrong (Mike) and Mary Jo Sample (Jamie); his grandchildren, Melissa Hodge (Philemon), Ashley Beverage (Chad) and Violet Armstrong; and his siblings, Adean Mackenzie, Cindy Mavey (Don), Christy Smith and Den Shenk (Joanne). He is also survived by many many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
