She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Burrows and Jacqueline Burrows; her daughter Jacque Nichole Williams; and her sister Angie Izatt. She is survived by: her husband Andy Kramer; her brother Sam Burrows; and her sons, Jeffrey Williams (Wendy), Douglas Myers (Angie) and Michael Myers (Kamee Lee). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donation to Valley Women's and Children's Shelter in memory of Kay.
