She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Holmes and Dorothy Holmes (Anderson); her husband Bishop Thomas Freeland; her siblings, Cela Vellines and Peter Holmes; and her great grandchild Tyler Rhea.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Welch (Jim) of Walls, MS, Dennis Sughrue (Sandy), Lenora Hollis (Donn) of Caldwell, ID and Timothy Sughrue (Veronica) of Colorado Springs, CO; and her sister Linda Toothman (Julian Estrada) of Elizabeththown, KY. She is also survived by Nana to her 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
