She was predeceased by: her husband Carroll Johnstone; her parents, John Muldoon and Alma Muldoon; her brother Donald; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Muldoon; her sisters, Alpha (Wade Percifield), Helen (Jack Harris) and Bette (Joe Churruca); her siblings-in-law, Charles Ihli and Frankie Muldoon; and her brother Joseph Muldoon.

She is survived by: her son Carroll Johnstone; her siblings, Dorothy Ihli, Jack Muldoon and Joyce Shorb (Howard); her children, LeAnda Uranga (Danny), LiNae Bauscher (Rich), LoRetta Hopkins (Kendall) and Scott Johnstone (Cindy); her grandchildren, Tony Uranga (Amanda), Camille Henry (Isaac), Chad Hopkins, Darren Uranga (Tarah), Mistie Bauscher (Scott Schlager), Brandon Hopkins (Liz), Matthew Bauscher (Lindsay), Amanda Peña (Jacob), Brett Hopkins (Holly), Megan Brands (Blake) and Connor Johnstone; and her friend Flo Hopkins. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
