He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Milton Carr and Ida Isobel Soper Carr; his half-sisters, Thelma and Doris; his former wife Ruth Pincock; his wife Linda Wheeler; and his brother Gayland Carr (Barbara) of Nampa.
Due to Covid 19 concerns the family will be having a private memorial service.
