He is survived by: his mother Roberta Sprik; his wife Jessica Sprik (Canterbury); his children, Jayden, Isaac, Colten and Arielle; his brother Jay (Desi); his nieces and nephews, Madison, Keeley and Lucas; his brother Justin; his niece Chloe; and his friend Jonathan. He is also survived by his grandfathers, as well as his own fathers.
