It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnny Lester Horn of Caldwell, Idaho, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester L. Horn and Mildred Horn; his siblings, Kathy and Rick; and his stepbrother Norris.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia O'Connor; his children, Johnny M. (Lorissa) of Boise, Christopher M. (Amy) of Phoenix, AZ, Jarret M. (Theresa) of Boise, Jennifer White (Josh) of Nampa and Kimberly Wingo (Travis) of Meridian; and his brothers, Dusty Horn of Nampa and Scott Horn of Tulsa Oklahoma.

Memorial contributions are encouraged to be made to those of service to our community such as police, fire, paramedics or "Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.".
