He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ozuna and Tomasa Ozuna; his siblings, Antonia Sauceda, Guadalupe, Janie, Jorge, Jesus Ozuna, Gloria Ramirez, Nora and Norma Gonzalez; and his great grandchild Jaxon Stephens.

He is survived by: his close friend Jeanette Archuletta; his wife Jeannette Allington; his siblings, Francisca Echavarria (Arnold), Maria Gonzalez, Noe and Saul Ozuna; and his children, Jerry, Janell, Jared, Jennie Ozuna, Jasmine Cervantes (Lorenso) and Diana Cera (Beto). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
