It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel David Schmidt (Caldwell, Idaho), who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Schmidt; his brother Michael; and his grandparents, Alvin, Mary Muldoon, Ione and Leo Schmidt.
He is survived by: his mother Pamela Schmidt; his wife Laura; his daughter Kate; his son-in-law John Bodfish; his sisters, Celeste Schmidt and Tiffany Kidner; his brother-in-law Ron; his niece Breanne Kidner; his nephew Jonathan (Ria Kidner); and his parents-in-law, Jewel and Larry Easter. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
