He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Harrigan and Alma Harrigan; his wife Dorothy Frances Wiles; his siblings, Ted, David and Maryle; and his sons, Sean Harrigan (Kathy Wittau) of Spokane, Washington, Brian Harrigan of Boise, Idaho, Patrick Harrigan (Marietta) of Guemes Island, Washington and Craig Harrigan of Vancouver, Washington.
Together they enjoyed a 67-year marriage until Dorothy's death from Alzheimer's disease in 2010.
