He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Dean Gabbard; his wife Valinda Gabbard; his sibling Falls; his father James Gabbard; and his grandmother Inez Gabbard.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gini Rosandick (Tim) of Caldwell, Katy Green (Toby) of Caldwell, David Gabbard (Sarah) of Boise and Ray Gabbard (Jacquie) of England. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Clare's Food Pantry, where Jim worked as a volunteer once a week, located at 3719 E Cleveland Blvd, Caldwell, Idaho 83605.
