She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh B. Smith and Oleta L Smith (Mullen); her husband Martin E Dean (Red); her sons, Hugh Myers and Gary Burdette; her siblings, Burdette Smith and Katie Smith Severe; and her siblings-in-law, Juanita Smith, David Garner and Jack Severe.
She is survived by: her children, Jessee, Robert and Richard; her grandsons, Aaron, Chris and Ricky; and her sisters, Loretta Osterhout (Kerry), Mary Johnson (Steve) and Beleta Morrison (Alex). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
