He is survived by: his son Xavier Ruvio; his parents, Florina Ureña and Ruben Ureña; his siblings, Florina Ruvio, Veronika Ruvio, Ricky Ruvio, Salena Ruvio Ayers and Juan Antonio Ponce; and his grandfather Rafael Ruvio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
