He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lois Pauline Zollinger and Lano Adams Elison; his wife Marilyn Durfee Elison; his children, Lezlie Thorne (Neil), Brook Elison (Michelle), Shawn Elison (Janamarie), Clint Elison (Amy), Megan Vandre (Peter) and Holly Stewart (Michael); and his siblings, Clair Elison (Jan), Allie Heber (Kent), Paula Dean (Elvis), Doyle Elison (Glenda), Marla Deakins (Steve) and Emily Engar. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
