He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Cort and Hattie Pearl Shepard-Brock; his son Alan; his stepdaughter Becky; his sister Arlene; his brothers-in-law, Pete Ulrich, Everett Witt and Jim Olsen; and his great grandchild Lexi DeWitt.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Mae; his spouse Thelma Marshall; his sons, Dale, Bill (Vickie) and Pete (Esta); his daughter-in-law Debbie; and his sister Shirley Olsen. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 4 great great-grandchildren.
