It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darl L. Thornton (Caldwell, Idaho), born in Nampa, Idaho, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lavar Ira Thornton and Alzina Kloepfer; his wife Linda; and his children, Doneal Thornton, Shannon Kessel, Gard Thornton (Stephanie), Heidi Lay (Geoff), Holly Yoder (Jim), Angela Sullivan (Sid), Julie Snapp (Brian) and Verona Johnson (Dave). He was also cherished by 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
