He is survived by: his former wife Peggy Yelm Fudge; his wife Peggy Dougherty; his sons, James Dougherty (Jessica) of Boise, David Dougherty (Sarah) of Caldwell and Jakoub Fudge of Caldwell; his brothers, Thomas Dougherty (Denise) of Boise and Douglas Dougherty (Shirley) of Newberg; and his mother-in-law Joyce Yelm. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
