He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Evans and Ruby Evans (Gish); his brother David; and his niece Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Gwyn (Willingham); his former spouse Gail Montgomery; his grandson Ethan Daniel; his daughter Maryhelen Freeman (Kurt); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace Packham (Jarom), Kathryn Gail Cunningham (Matthew), Melissa Gwen, Nathan Joseph, Emily Anna and Benjamin Stanley; his great grandchildren, Noah Bradley, Isla Grace, Baby Girl Packham and Hadley Gail Cunningham; his son Nick Ross; his nephew David; and also, Karolyn (Rippy), Daniel Joseph Jr. and Marci (Holland). He is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
