It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Eugene Horn of Caldwell, Idaho, born in Salinas, California, who passed away on February 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Cyndie; his children, Kallie Chang (Robert) and Stephen (Keesha); his stepson Les Oswald (Leann); his grandchildren, Prayer, Zadok Chang, Savannah, Gage Horn and Layton Oswald; and his siblings, David, Steve (Darcy), Karen Hickman (Jon) and Carla Holmen.
