He was predeceased by: his parents, George B. Kelly and Vera Kelly; and his siblings, Wilburn (Buddy) and Joyce Townsend. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Burley; his sons, Chuck Kelly of Palm Coast, George Kelly (Sue) of Bunnell Florida, Todd Kelly (Toni) of Homedale and Kevin Kelly (Keely) of Nashville; and his brother Joe Kelly (Beverly) of Bunnell Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
