He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McHugh and Jean McHugh (Cashman) of Route. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Walker; his children, Anne McHugh Blackhurst, Jeannee McHugh Diaz (Eric Forte) and Michael McHugh (Nancy); his grandchildren, Evan, Noah, Sebastian, Sawyer, Harvey and Kaitlin; and his great grandchildren, Elle, Beckham, Amelia, Lucia, Stella and Kinsley.
In lieu of flowers, Chuck's family respectfully requests donations to one of Chuck's most highly valued causes: the Caldwell Rotary Foundation, the building fund at Our Lady of the Valley Church, or the McHugh Family Scholarship Endowment at the University of Idaho.
