She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Polk and Frances Polk; and her siblings, Pete, Jimmy, Mike and Peggy.

She is survived by: her sister Kathryn Mullins; and her husband Randy Whipple. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
