She is survived by: her former spouses, Thomas Gerald Howard and Bobby Merle Penner; her children, Robert Penner, Christina Thoroughman (Travis) of Graham, WA and Danial Penner (Kelly) of Caldwell, ID.; and her husband Bob Penner. She is also survived by children, Carol is survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
