He is survived by: his wife Lynn Spargo; and his children, Kristen McArthur (Robert) of American Fork, Geri Osterhout of Nampa, Joan Frederiksen (Kelly) of Nampa, Idaho., Mark Osterhout (Julie) of Meridian and Mike Osterhout (Jill). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
