He was predeceased by: his children, Charlotte, Everett Dale and Joe Dale; his grandson David Moreno; and his sons-in-law, Roger McKee and Robert Culler.
He is survived by: his spouse Jesse Meeks; his child Billy Joe; his close friends, Crookham and Billy; his wife Rosalyn; his children, Carol Mason (Dave), Gary Martin (Linda), Deanna Evans (Mike Scott), Connie Baumann and Jim Martin (Butch); his sisters-in-law, Marlene Ririe, Deanna Booth and Linda Thompson; and also Rick Stradley. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care, which provided special care and attention during Billy Joes' last few months of life.
