She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore E. Winslow and Lillian M. Winslow (Ator). She is survived by: her husband John W. Wagoner; her daughters, Joleen Basabe-Knigge (Randy Knigge), Judy Fedourich (Walt) and Dawna Wagoner; her brother David Cox (Vicki); her grandchildren, Jon, Andrew, Joseph Basabe and Secilia Wagoner; and her great grandchild Ellyette Basabe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
