He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Carrillo and Trinidad Gonzales; his wife Marcella Carrillo; and his sisters, Anita Figaroa and Lencha Cardenas.

He is survived by: his children, Allen, Aaron Carrillo and Jessica Goranson; and his siblings, Juan Carlos, Leo, Ramona and Christoforo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
