He is survived by: his parents, Doris Butler and Lou Butler; his wife Julie Stephens; his son Colten Butler (Linsey); his grandchildren, Levi, Brooke, Charlie and Leighton; his son Ryan Butler (Emily); his grandchildren, Chloe and Logan; his daughter Makenna Williams (Drey); his grandchildren, Dax, Reagan and Hallie; his son Austin Butler (Amy); and his grandchild Kennedy.
