She was predeceased by: her parents, Encarnacion Ramirez and Emelia Escalante. She is survived by: her husband Leobardo Puga; her children, Leobardo (Jana Puga) of Meridian, ID, Reymundo (Sue Puga) of Caldwell, ID, George Puga of Caldwell, ID, Carlos (Nancy Puga) of Caldwell, ID, Nick (Linda Puga) of Caldwell, ID, Norman (Gloria Puga) of Caldwell, ID, Bertha Trujillo (Jesse) of Caldwell, ID and Beatrice Oropeza (Ruben) of Middleton, ID; and her sisters, Maria, Francisca, Genoveva and Beatrice. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Luke's non-profit Mobile Mammography Program that provides over 2000 mammograms in rural areas.
