He is survived by: his wife Dolores Sue Smith of Burley; his sons, Cliff McGuire (Karla) of Cibolo and Jerry McGuire (Shannon) of Burley; his grandchildren, Cliff, Colby, Courtney, Cody, Ricky and Travis; his great grandchildren, Ryker, Jakobie, Paxton, Weston and Nayvee; his brother Nolan McGuire (Shanna); and his sister-in-law Anne McGuire. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rasmussen-Wilson Funeral Home (1350 E 16th St, Burley, ID 83318). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
