She is survived by: her husband Charles Kelley Jr. (Chuck); her children, Kaylyn Franks and Kraig Franks; her grandchildren, Nicole Carson (Dustin), Kambree Watson (Brandon) and Coltin Talbot (Hayli); and her siblings, Jan Hogge, Ken Walker (Deanne), Diann Guiles (Ray), Judy Graf (Bruce) and Carrie Johnson (Brian). She is also survived by 6 great grand children.
