She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Dennison Lanier and Nellie Barbara Lanier (Merritt); and her former husband John Phelps. She is survived by: her brothers, Wayne Dennis and Melvin Fredrick; her children, Barney Eugene, JoDeen and Clarence "Rocky" Lanier Baker; her husband Pat Baker; her siblings, Don Lanier, Bonnie Williams and Lucille Allen; her grandchildren, Aaron Hugh and Rebecca Dawn; and her great grandchildren, Isabella and Mathew Baker. She is also survived by her children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren, and countless family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM.
